Installation and configuration of the NetMotion Mobility client on Windows

Instructions

  1. The first step is to download the setup file for your version of Windows from this How To document, at the bottom of the page. Once the download has completed, Double click on the setup file that you have downloaded. In our case, it was saved to the desktop 

  2. Click Next to proceed with the installation. You will then be prompted to Allow the app to make changes to your device in order to install it. Click “Yes” to proceed

  3. Next, you will be presented with the installation screen. Click Next to continue

  4. You will need to read and accept the terms, once happy, tick the accept terms checkbox and click next to proceed

  5. Next, you will have the option to change the default installation directory but in most cases, this is not needed and you may click next to proceed

  6. The installation will then give you a confirmation screen to continue. Just click “Install” to begin the installation

  7. You will then be requested to enter the ForgeNet Mobility server address which is access.tforge.net. Enter the address as per the image below and click next

  8. The installation will then proceed as per below

  9. Allow the installation to continue and choose Finish once it has completed

  10. You will then be prompted to restart your computer before continuing. Select “Yes”

  11. Once restarted you will be prompted to enter your credentials before you can log on to your computer. Enter the username and password that TForge has issued you with and leave the domain section as none, then click Ok to log on.

Premium, Premium On-Premise or Reseller based customers will need to get the sign-in address from their provider as access.tforge.net is only for T|Forge NetMotion Mobility Access customers
