Automated Cancellation email sent to clients upon logging a ticket via the Portal for cancelling CLI Verified Services as per the SOP

It is with regret that we acknowledge your request to cancel your CLI Verified Services with us.
Our team will make contact with you and your organisation to discuss arrangements.

Referencing Clause 8.1.1. please note specific attention is drawn to the fact that in the event this ticket is logged on or before the 25th of the current "Billable Period (current month)", the last debit order will be taken on the 1st day of the following "Billable Period (following month)" and [companyname] will have full access to the service during this notice month. For example, If this ticket was logged on or before the 25th of November 2021, your last debit order will be on the 1st of December 2021.

Referencing Clause 8.1.2. within the Service Description, please note specific attention is drawn to the fact that in the event this ticket is logged post the 25th, then the "Billable Period (current month)" the last debit order will be taken on the 1st day of the second "Billable Period (the month after next)" and [companyname] will have full access to the service during this notice month. For example, If this ticket was logged after the 25th of November 2021, your next debit order will be on the 1st of December 2021, and the last debit order will be on the 1st of January 2022.

We hereby acknowledge the cancellation of [CompanyName] the CLI Verified Services. 

Thank you for cancelling the Service before the 25th of the month before the cancellation notice month as per the Termination Terms of these services. Please note that [CompanyName]'s Debit Order for the cancellation notice month will proceed on the 1st of [the month following the cancellation], which will also be the last Debit Order taken towards the services as per the Agreement.  

Upon successfully processing the Debit Order dated above, [Select the relevant company: TForge / Adcon Tech / The Verified Company] will cancel all future Debit Orders.

After 25th:

We hereby acknowledge the cancellation of [CompanyName] the CLI Verified Services. 

Please note that since your cancellation was after the 25th of the month before the cancellation notice month as per the Termination Terms of these services, [CompanyName]'s Debit Orders as per the Agreement will proceed on the 1st of the [following month] as well as the 1st of the [the 2nd month following the cancellation], which will also be the last Debit Order taken towards the services as per the Agreement.  

Upon successfully processing the Debit Orders dated above, [Select the relevant company: TForge / Adcon Tech / The Verified Company] will cancel all future Debit Orders.
