FAQ: Request Timeout/ Whitelist IP

 Problem

Should a customer get a request timeout error, the following steps should be followed.

 Solution

  1. Open your web browser, and go to the search bar.

  2. Type “What is my public IP” Press the enter key or click on the Google search button.

  3. Google will display your public address at the top of the search results page.

  4. Provide the engineer with any desk details
