Dialer: All calls are being detected as Voicemails
Problem
A dialer and campaign with AMD enabled is not connecting any calls to agents because it thinks they are all Voicemails
Solution
Contact the Dialer/PBX provider
The Dialer/PBX provider needs to investigate differences in their own upstream providers
- Most likely is that their upstream provider doing something strange or adding extra silence (or could even be working more efficiently)
- The Dialer/PBX Provider will need to change settings on the dialer to accommodate their provider
