Dialer: All calls are being detected as Voicemails

Problem

A dialer and campaign with AMD enabled is not connecting any calls to agents because it thinks they are all Voicemails

Solution

Contact the Dialer/PBX provider

The Dialer/PBX provider needs to investigate differences in their own upstream providers
  1. Most likely is that their upstream provider doing something strange or adding extra silence (or could even be working more efficiently)
    1. The Dialer/PBX Provider will need to change settings on the dialer to accommodate their provider
