FAQ: TeamViewer was allowed but does not work

This only applies to T|Forge NetMotion Mobility Premium customers. If you are a T|Forge NetMotion Mobility Access customer then this is managed for you.

TeamViewer was (or was not) allowed in some way in NetMotion Mobility but still does not work.

Instructions

You need to add both of the following applications:

TeamViewer_Service.exe TeamViewer.exe
  1. Allow the above Applications by following ONLY Step 2 of https://teleforge.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TSD/pages/544571403
