Summary

  • CDR Notification: implemented call_time (outbound and inbound)
  • CDR Notification: implemented hold_time (for inbound, how long the callee was on hold in the queue)
  • Call Connection Notification: implemented hold_time (how long the callee was on hold in the queue)
  • Call: added configurable Ring times (how long the call should ring at an agent before going to the next agent) Contact the PBX Provider to configure
    • Default: changed from 10 to 35 seconds
    • Outbound: time to ring before cancelling call for outbound calls
    • External: time to wait before cancelling call for external calls

Recommended Changes

  • Contact your PBX provider to configure the ring_time (how long the call should ring for)
  • If you are using inbound then expose the hold time to the agents so that they can apologize to your clients immediately if need be
