FAQ: Request timeout error on the microsip softphone

 Problem

Should a customer experience request timeout on their microsip, the following steps should be followed.

 Solution

  1. Please ensure that you are connected to the office VPN

  2. If you do not have a VPN, Please request for your IP to be whitelisted

  3. For your IP to be whitelisted, refer to question 1 in this FAQ
