Client response: 

If the client says they still have outstanding issues: 

"Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Please note that I have jotted down your concerns, and I will escalate these points to the relevant teams promptly to ensure we provide a suitable resolution. Please be assured that we will provide you with feedback at the earliest opportunity.” 

 

If the client says all issues are resolved: 

"Thank you very much for confirming that all is still in order. 

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us should you require immediate assistance in the future. We're here to assist you promptly.” 

“In addition to resolving this specific issue, I would appreciate your feedback on your overall experience with our services. Is there anything else we could improve or do differently?"
