Please note that that not all issues and features are made public. We reserve the right to not publically display some bugs in order to protect sensitive information about the dialers operations, integrators data and software, client specific data or any other information that we deem sensitive.
This is not to hide any bugs that we have, since we have an open policy, but to protect the interested parties.
Full disclosure: So far no issues have been hidden.
Release Notes
Support & Release Policy
As of Dialer Release v2.0 the Support policy has changed.
Integrators will no longer be required or given the option to test a version before its release and subsequent rollout.
All dialers will be upgraded/reverted at our discretion, even if this means introducing minor bugs.
This change in policy is due to the substantial effort in our Automated Testing Framework we have built for the dialer, and its effectiveness greatly outweighing any testing capability by any party.
