Dialer: Agents do not hear callees (voicemails)

Problem

  • Agents receive connecting calls in running campaign
  • Agents hear music on hold 
  • When they are supposed to be connected to a callee they hear nothing but a beep

Solution

The SIP provider is not sending though voicemail audio correctly, you need to notify your provider or change providers.
