Should a customer experience call quality issues, they should provide the following information.

 Solution

  1. Call examples ( Number dialed)

  2. Specific date and time of the call ( Inbound or Outbound call)

  3. Has your IT audited your network

  4. What is the voice prompt that you are receiving

  5. Add the screenshot of the error message you are receiving

  6. Has your IT reported the issue to your ISP

  7. Provide any desk
